Brewing Guide
Quick Cuppa – Serves 1
- Place 1 heaped teaspoon of tea leaves into a tea infuser.
- Pour in freshly boiled water and let steep for 3–5 minutes.
- Remove the infuser and serve. Add milk and sweetener if desired.
Traditional Chai – Serves 1
- Pour 250ml of your favourite milk into a milk pan or small saucepan.
- Stir in 1 heaped teaspoon (or more to taste) of chai.
- Simmer over low heat for 3–5 minutes. Strain and serve.
- Tip: The longer you brew, the stronger the flavour.
