If you'd like to return your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Damaged Items and Other Issues

If your order is damaged during transit, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@blossomandhive.com.au so we can resolve the issue promptly.

We'll email you a return shipping label and instructions if your return is approved. Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items will be inspected and processed within 48 hours, after which we'll confirm your preferred resolution.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For change-of-mind returns, we offer store credit (excluding shipping costs) provided that:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • The return request is made within 30 days of receipt
  • You cover the return shipping costs

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalised products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 48 hours of the refund approval. If approved, refunds will be processed promptly using your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the process.
